1. The service

Karepix lets guests at weddings, engagements and similar events upload photos, videos and guestbook notes via a QR code — with no app and no sign-up — and collects them in a private gallery owned by the event host. The service includes a live slideshow, a guestbook, QR table cards and bulk download.

2. Host responsibilities

• The host is responsible for protecting access to their account and event links (including the PIN and the slideshow link).
• The host is responsible for informing their guests about the processing of personal data and for exercising due care regarding whom they share the gallery with.
• The host moderates their gallery using the hide and delete tools provided.

3. Guest content and rules

Guests may only upload content they own or have the right to share. Uploading unlawful or defamatory content, or content violating third-party rights, is prohibited. Such content may be removed by the host or by Karepix.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to uploaded content remain with its owner. By uploading, you grant Karepix a limited licence to store and process the content (including preview generation) and to present it to the event host within the gallery, slideshow and guestbook. Karepix does not use content for any other purpose.

5. Fees and refunds

The service is offered for a one-time fee per event (current price: ₺1,990 / event; Trio package ₺2,990 / 3 events). There are no extra fees for guest count or number of uploads.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the event date are refunded 100%. The demo gallery is free; payment is taken only when the event is published.

6. Storage and deletion

The gallery is stored for 12 months after the event; the host can download everything as a ZIP or delete the gallery at any time. At the end of the retention period, content is permanently deleted as described on the Privacy page.

7. Limitation of liability

Karepix makes reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption, but cannot be held liable for outages caused by internet connectivity, venue infrastructure or third-party providers. The person uploading content is responsible for its lawfulness.
